NHMC Proudly Presents the 2020 LATINX STREAM SHOWCASE

WE ARE GOING VIRTUAL Due to current events, we will be hosting our first virtual showcase! But first, we need to find our scene writers! The annual Latinx Stream Showcase, formerly the Latino Scene Showcase, is a workforce development program where entertainment industry executives, talent representatives, and casting directors observe the performance of original scenes whose scripts have been written, directed, and filmed by Latinx talent for an opportunity to connect them to their next big break. The annual Showcase is produced by the National Hispanic Media Coalition and presents a program of scenes all orchestrated by an average of 30 Latinx individuals to introduce their talent to Hollywood directors, producers, talent representatives, and casting directors. For the past 7 years more than 188 creatives have gone through the Latinx Stream Showcase. More than 2,400 entertainment industry insiders have attended previous shows and many more will view this years showcase online while we open up a network of communication for participating Latinx creatives during the Showcase this Summer.
